Hi guys, here is the guidance on how to submit the package
Items will be shipped to Allchinabuy’s warehouse after you make a purchase on our site. When your items arrived at Allchinabuy’s warehouse, and the order status shows "stored", you can click to submit the package with selecting the items.
There are two options:
Submit the parcel directly on warehouse: This means you are ready to pay for the shipping fee. After the warehouse completes the packaging, your shipping fee will be adjusted if necessary, with any overpayments refunded or underpayments charged.
Submit the parcel through Shipping expert: This is a value-added warehouse service that costs 20 CNY per session if the Shipping List includes 10 DIs or below. If the Shipping List includes over 10 DIs, in addition to 20 RMB, an extra service fee of 1 RMB will be charged for each DI added. For example: If the user submits a Shipping List including 12 DIs, the service fee of Shipping Experts Submitted Service will be 20+2 RMB.
Part one : Submit the parcel directly on warehouse
1. Click "warehouse" page, choose the DO or DI number that you want to send （or you could select all items）and then click "submit" to jump to the next page.
2. The system will show the “Add New Delivery Address” Pop-ups
2.1 Fill/choose in your Shipping Address in the box.
Please make sure that the address you are putting and zip code are filled in correctly, the information you fill in will be printed on the parcel sheet.
*Address tag is only used to mark the address, such as "home", "company", "school".After that, you could see the available shipping methods and unavailable shipping methods.
2.2 Choose the shipping methods that you want or you could choose
2.3 Declare your parcel ( If you want to learn more about how to declare, click here)
2.4 Choose free packing service
2.5 Choose value added delivery service
2.7 Leave the remark if you have any requirements on your package
3. Click "reminder" and then submit parcel
If you have shipping coupons or shipping discount code, you can use when submit the parcel.
Warm reminder:
Allchinabuy’s warehouse can keep products for 90 days for free, if the storage period expires, customers can pay for the storage period extensive service, which is 10 yuan for one month for one DI order.
If products expired for more than 90 days, they will be destroyed and cannot be restored.

Part two: Submit the parcel through Shipping expert
The warehouse page's weight&volume data are estimated by the system. It helps you prepack the items you want to send according to your packing requirements.
This service offers you accurate parcel volume/dimensions and a more accurate weight, the warehouse will finish the prepacking for you within 1-3 working days.
Demo Procedure:
1 Check 'Warehouse' Page and select items that you want to prepack;
1.1 You can choose whether to accept shipping in separate parcels or not, desired packing plan and desired shipping plan;
1.2 After that, you need to declare your prepacking parcel in advance and ( If you want to learn more about how to declare, click here);
1.3 Use the remark bar if you have some more details to add, such as I want use tax free line or i want to add insurance and so on;
1.4 Add your shipping address in order to the warehouse could help you make an unpaid the parcel with address and declared amount;
1.5 Choose one of Deduction methods and then cick pay the shipping expert service
Kindly Reminder
1. Shipping Expert service fees exclude packaging and handling fees.
2. Service fees are not refunded after you request Shipping Expert service.
3. Warehouse specialists will handle parcels after receiving your request in 1-3 working days.
